  4. Limit the number of high pure foods such as biscuits, lollies, chips etc. For a truly healthy diet…it’s everything in moderation!
  5. Include a good variety of whole-grains each day for fibre. Keeps you clean on the inside!
  6. A wholesome diet is not hard…if you keep it in moderation. Don’t overdo any of the food groups…just mix them and make sure you drink plenty of water.
  7. For a wholesome diet…watch the intake of alcohol. One drink a day for women, two a day for men.

Cardio-vascular training is extraordinary for fat burning and getting fit, but it doesn’t build muscle tissue/or prevent the loss of it.
