Basically MS hampers or destructs the protein that safeguards the nerve fibers. This protective protein is known as myelin and it aids in the communication between nerve cells. Once myelin gets burnt up, a breakdown occurs in the nerve cells’ co-ordination. Its effect is visible in the behavior (that drifts from mean to abnormal) of the individual. Along with this there appear lesions and plaques occur on that part of the body where demyelination takes place. But this is not all. Most often the cells that help in regaining myelin are even eliminated. The individual’s body past succumbs to damage and disability.

Ever given a piece of thought to how actually one feels that a part of his/her body is paining? Majority of the response to this question will be in the negative. And ironically it is cardinal piece of information that a person should be evocative of. Whenever a part of our body is hurt, the pain makes that part ache but the actualised sensation is felt in the brain. There are varied kinds of receptors in our brain and each is attributed with a different type of sensation. The process can be explained as follows. all time part of our body is damaged, the knocked-out tissue releases chemicals – called prostaglandins – making the pain more acute. These chemicals on coming in contact with the cells in the knocked-out tissue, with the help of enzyme called cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2), further release chemicals. Also, these prostaglandins react with the nerve endings to send signals to the brain where the sensation of the pain is felt.

Is the brain and the body in combination brawny enough to rid itself of cancer if it is subconscious is drilled to do so using electro impulses. I believe it is. Many times people have cancer and are competent to beat it, this is on more and more. Often it happens due to greatest strong will, belief and luck. For those researchers difficult to figure down a break though maybe there is something in this idea that you might use as a puzzle piece?
I believe there are better ways than nuking the body and seeing which dies first the cancer or the person to combat this problem. This idea may lead to another thought, maybe it is all dead ends, but dead ends are just other discovery of a material that will not work same tungsten on your way to illumination. Failure of a test is actually a success in disguise, example; Edison.

Perhaps for him it could be a flawless strategy to keep people from new up against his power base. We use Fluoride in small doses to supposedly help with teeth decay, although it is progressive waste, which during WWII and manufacturing of aircraft we needed to put it somewhere. Fluoride is a by-product of aluminum manufacturing.
