Do you spend at least some time in your day thinking about your health or that of a darling one? Do you also find the subject is frustrating, mainly because there is a lot of confusing and sometimes contradictory information out there?
You are not alone!
My wife and I have been concerned with complimentary health care for 10 years and we are sometimes trancelike too! So are many of our friends and clients.
So, I want to share with you, a very pleasant surprise I received a few months ago. I was chatting to an acquaintance who is a homeopathic doctor and the subject got on to food supplements. I believe strongly that "you are what you eat" and Hippocrates centuries ago same "Let food be your medicine.."
My friend had been reading whatsoever laboratory research on the powerful benefits of a fruit called the Mangosteen. (No, I had not heard of it either!) titled the "Queen of Fruits" where it originally grew in Southeast Asia, it is prized and valued above complete others.
Mangosteen juice is fruitful in the superior anti-oxidant called 'xanthones'. This juice has been the affected of extensive technological research for finished 30 years and in the penultimate 15 years there have been much than 50 technological journal articles publicized on the subject. Why?
Because xanthones have been shown to kill or stop the spreading of viruses fungi, bacteria, and free radicals which are strongly related with cancer. other area of research has shown how xanthones inhibit the oxidation of contrabass density lipoprotein (LDL) one of the causes of atherosclerosis (furring up of the arteries) and heart attacks.
Add to that, the mangosteen juice has been shown to help promote healing with diseases such as diabetes, premature aging, arthritis, (the anti-inflammatory activities of natural xanthones are significant)asthma, MS, the list goes on and on.
Now, same you I am sure, we are all skeptical active claims of cure-all potions so I did some much research. I was impressed! The acquirable research is copious and furthermore that many doctors are recommending this juice to their patients.
One such, Dr. J. Frederick Templeman, M.D. is quoted as saying "Studies are showing that xanthones have positive effects on nearly all of the body's systems". He has obstructed prescribing a number of drugs as mangosteen has been more effective.
Dr Templeman goes on "All drugs are potentially dangerous. Food by comparison is absolutely safe".
I was confident enough now to try this juice. Firstly I have to say it is delicious! And it is entirely natural, with no additives. My wife and I have been attractive it regularly for 3 months now and I can report we have stopped taking opposite expensive supplements, retributory regular daily drinks of mangosteen.
Our general health levels have multiplied and my collective aches and pains are much reduced. My wife agrees, the hot flushes she was experiencing have virtually disappeared.
If you are serious active your health, you should look into mangosteen juice for yourself and your loved ones. Remember, what you do today is active to affect you tomorrow. I strongly recommend you begin consuming this xanthone rich, mangosteen juice NOW!

Maybe you are ripe to get rid of your antediluvian silver fillings. Maybe you don’t like you stained teeth. Or maybe your smile needs adjusting.
This new dentistry goes beyond retributory fixing teeth. Its about helping people gain much self confidence by having a extraordinary smile. Your image matters and tells your customers and friends that you value your image and expect the best in return. There are several diametric forms of aesthetic dentistry to give you that “winning smile”. Crowns, veneers, bonding and bleaching are complete effective methods to varying degrees and price.
Cosmetic crowns can cover old, leaking silver fillings. They can also cover fractured and broken teeth. If you have visible fillings when you smile, porcelain crowns can eliminate that bimetal look. Crowns are tooth dark-coloured to match your existing teeth. They are carefully tinted to match existing teeth. Cost can range from $550 to $800 per tooth.
Veneers are around $750 to $2,000 per tooth. But it will reshape your teeth. The dentist usually grinds falling your teeth and adds a made-to-order porcelain shell. Most people get the six to ten teeth in their “smile zone” fixed. past you can have the others bleached. But the bad news – they usually have to be replaced about every 10 years.
Bonding is similar, but uses a plastic resin instead of the porcelain. Dentists have used these to replace chipped teeth. Bonding is done by hand by the dentist and is untold cheaper at $300 to $700 per tooth. It can’t reshape your teeth like veneers, but it can whiten your teeth similar to bleaching.
Bleaching is good choice if you don’t need your teeth straightened or reshaped. Peroxide bubbles out whatsoever of the stains in the tooth enamel. Your dentist will make a tooth tray for about $200-$500 that allows you to wear and let the peroxide do its trick. Usually you can get your teeth 5 shades whiter.
You may have heard of Zoom! or BriteSmile. These are dentist-performed bleaching using specific gels that are light activated. This can get your teeth up to 10 shades whiter! But this process can run from $400 to $1200. But it’s swift and your done.
Before you go to any extremes, it may be advantageous to try the Crest Whitestrips Premium. This may give you an idea of how much change you want before spending the big bucks at the dentist for a nonrecreational service.
Long ago, they used chlorine as a paste on people’s teeth. Looked great, but it ate disconnected all the enamel and subsequent tooth decay set in causing unbearable pain. Thank goodness we have healthier options. There are several methods to whiten your teeth. These are some ideas on how to get your teeth, not only whiter, but also give you that wining smile you deserve.

Picture yourself in one of the following scenarios.
You're cruising along in your new car by the ocean or in the mountains near the ski lodge, or just a unhurried drive through a beautiful forest or in the country. You stop and smell the new air you hear the scenic sounds. You are at peace.
You're quiet on the patio of your spic-and-span home - you see the mountains or lake in the distance. Your friends are finished as you barbecue in your spic-and-span back yard. Everyone loves your spic-and-span home. Or you're out on the lake in your new boat with family or friends. Feel the breeze in your face - smell the fresh scents in the air.
Picture yourself on vacation - you are on the deck of a cruise ship - you are on the top deck low the stars. You feel the hot tropic breeze in your face. The full moon is reflecting off the water as you are holding the one you love in your arms.
We analyze the lives most of us actually have and what our lives could be and the role they play!
The question is who would want single minimum health (or worse) when they could have supreme health!
Maximum health is like you feel when you ask that specific someone for a date for the first time and they say yes! Minimum health is when you ask that special someone out and they tell you, that is the Saturday night when they have to do the laundry and wash their hair!
Picture maximum health as cruising close to the ocean in a sport car convertible with your lover close to you.. Picture minimum health as stuck in traffic in your 10-year-old station wagon with the air conditioner broken.
Maximum health is like being on a honeymoon on your personal private beach in Hawaii. Running falling the beach at night with the one you love with the hot tropic wind in your hair. The huge moon superior down on the palm trees and the tranquil bay.
Minimum health is stuck working overtime in an un-airconditioned office with a huge pile of paperwork stacked on your desk. In walks your superior - the cardinal with all the personality of a geek with BO. He can't stand going home to his abusive wife so he works 14 hour days and gives obscene looks to his employees when they leave before him. Your boss starts yelling about whatsoever stupid unfinished report...
Minimum health is like living paycheck to paycheck - just getting by, just barely having enough money to pay the bills each month. negligible health is same Darling we have a little unnecessary this month - would you same to go down to eat at McDonalds and get a Big Mac?
Maximum health is sailing away on a cruise ship to the Caribbean with the cardinal you love while dining in elegance each evening!
Sure the above negligible health situations aren't going to kill you (or at least not immediately), but is this the way you want to liveborn your life? Do you really want to just scrape by when there is an option? Let's examine the statement ...aren't active to kill you or at least not immediately.
Minimum health is simply the current absence of real illness or disease. Often people in negligible health are often too tired or sluggish to do things, they are overweight, etc. They don't feel realistic bad but they sure don't feel terrific. And what about our statement, some would argue that the preceding minimum health scenarios lead to immature and even a slow death!
Actually the attitude of minimum health is like too galore other attitudes we have. We are always too prepared to sell ourselves short. We are too willing to settle for ordinal best even when we don't have to. Too often this attitude can flow over into our jobs and relationships. This finished the course of a lifetime can cause us untold unhappiness and cost us a lot of money.
But the real issue here is negligible versus maximum health and what are we doing to strive toward supreme health? For example do you take high quality nutritional supplements or are you depending on the fast and processed foods to get all your nutrients? I would encourage you to take high superior vitamin and nutritional supplements with enzymes, antioxidants and dietary fiber along with exercise and weight management on a daily basis to strive toward supreme health.
