Fools that take offense to something that you have written and decide to send you horrible, abusive messages.    When This Happens You Have Three Choices.    Lets examine all one and see which has the best merits.    1. You Can React.     Someone sends you a profane, offensive message. They rave on about how much they dislike you - or your website - or your newsletter.    I even had cardinal guy write and say; &quot;I hate your ezine. I hope that you and your family all  get cancer and die!&quot;    Now the human reaction is to think: &quot;Who does this guy think that he is? How dare he send me stuff like this&quot; I&#039;ll give him a piece of my mind...&quot;    The problem with reacting is that you end up  giving loved &#039;mental energy&#039; to dealing with a fool.    It just isn&#039;t worth it.    Fools cannot be reasoned with.    If they could, they would not have sent you an abusive message in the first place.    Writing back and saying something like; &quot;Oh Dear! Does your Mommy know that you are off the medication again?&quot; might make you feel better - momentarily - but it could add fuel to the fire and you could end up with some complete lunatic whose only purpose in life is to think up new ways to annoy you.    Besides, you have finer things to focus on.    2. You Can  Respond.     Here is what I do.  I check their e-mail address against my subscriber base and simply delete them.    I remind myself that the good book says: &quot;Do not answer a fool according to his folly&quot;  and I make a &quot;decision divorced from emotions&quot; to not give the fool a nanno-second of my precious time.    The result?    I experience less stress and focus on the good aspects of my life.    Oh, did I mention that I add them to my closed senders list so that if they try to contact me in the future, their message simply goes into my deleted items folder?    3. You Can Report Them.    Lets say that someone sends you a life-threatening email. (I&#039;ve had it happen) What should you do then?    I report them.    I contact their ISP (Internet Service Provider) I go to their website, look for the contact button and explain what has happened and that I will hold them legally trusty should they allow the several in question to continue using their service to harass me in any way via e-mail.    The Result? Most ISP&#039;s worth their tasty will immediately delete the individuals account.    I also would report their threats to the police.    React  Respond  Or Report.    The first will only lead to stress.    The second will deal with 99.9% of the situations you will ever face.    The third is the best way to deal with any serious threats.    I hope that this helps.    Remember - look at things in perspective.  At the time of writing I have tens of thousands of opt-in readers to my various online newsletters and can count on the fingers of one hand the number of fools that contact us with abuse and hate mail each month. In Greek Mythology, when gods created man, they endowed him with divinity. However, the man started challenging them. They feared his potentials and decided to deprive him of the might.     &quot;Where to hide the divinity?&quot; was the big question    They considered heights of icy mountains, limits of superior stars and pits of the earth. But every place was accessible to man’s capabilities.     Then they decided to hide it within the man himself.    Since then the man has been climbing icy mountains. He has navigated deep seas. He has traversed moon. His machines have even touched Mars. But he is still superficial for his ‘lost paradise’.    Man, it is inside you!    They call it personality now. It is ‘scientific’ to ask how it comes into being. Is it inheritable? Is it natural? Is it outcome of environment? Have you any will to change your behaviors or you are bound to follow the dictates?    Nature vs Nurture theories focus upon these issues. The radical discoveries in genome and quantum physics have revived the debate. Incidentally, more they discover, much they bewilder. The abstraction continues intensifying.    How to Define Nature VS Nurture Theories  ---------------------------------------------------    There are three characteristic schools of thought.     1- Personality is Natural:    This group believes that your personality is result of evolutionary process. You inherit behaviors due to complex interaction of genes. They control your behaviors. So you don’t have a free will to act otherwise.     2- Personality is Nurtured:    This group argues that you don’t get your personality inherited. Your mind is a blank slate at your birth. It is your environment, education and culture that make up your behaviors. There are differences on the issue of ‘free will’ to change your behaviors.     3- Personality is Spiritual:    This group claims that your personality is result of neither nature nor nurture. It is gift of some deity. They are split on the issue of ‘free will’.     Nature VS Nurture Theories and Evolutionary Psychology  ------------------------------------------------------------------  Darwin’s theory of evolution led William Hamilton, George Williams and many others to the idea of personality  evolution. They proposed that like carnal organs, your personality is result of natural selection for survival of the fittest. You do as your genes dictate.    They suggest that fear of death, fear of injury, fear of snakes, shyness, addiction, criminality and sexual orientation are main examples of inherited behaviors. Steven Pinker (2004) includes religiousness, liberalism and conservativeness in the list. William Paley considers cognitive capabilities, temperaments and unfaithful behaviors inheritable.    However, there is strong criticism on this approach.     1-	There is no single universal behavior which can be proved evolutionary. Even fear of death, that seems unbleached to all, is overridden in crusades, suicides and suicide bombings.     2-	You are made of 25,000 to 30,000 genes. They are merely twice to the number in a fruit fly. Chimpanzees share 95% of your genetic characteristics. However, they don’t share flat 10% of your behaviors.     3-	People don’t differ in behaviors as they do differ in skin pigments. Extroverts, introverts, optimists, pessimists, criminals, liberals etc are found in all societies and cultures. flat identical twins (with 100% analogous genes) and fraternal twins (with 50% similar genes) behave differently in most of the cases.     4-	No genome scientist has related genes or a set of genes with any kind of behaviors.     5-	There are a good number of living organisms and fossils which suggest intermediary stages to the physical evolution. However, no much intermediary stages are available for personality evolution.      Nature VS Nurture Theories and Physics  ---------------------------------------------    The discoveries in physics have always provided new meat to the nature vs nurture theories. The conclusions of Newton and Einstein helped the people to believe that future events can be expected with the help of echt knowledge of matter and unbleached laws. This led psychologists to suggest that your future behaviors can be predetermined. The entire mechanism of psychometrics follows this hypothesis.    However, quantum physics has changed the situation altogether. Evidence proves that you can’t make two (almost) simultaneous measurements of observables correctly. It is most important of complete pieces to life’s puzzle. Without character, you can make money. But it will be nugatory to you and to those around you. Look out in the world today: drug dealers and con artists have money—but they lack character.    If you go to all the work of achieving success, you don’t want to mar it with a lack of character that will make people pity you as you age and become less than you were intended to be.    Character equals integrity. Integrity is doing the right thing all the time, even when no one other is watching. You don’t have anything to fear when your integrity is in tact, because you have nothing to hide. You experience no guilt and no fear. And without those two traveling companions, it’s more easier to climb higher and farther, faster!    What does this mean in a practical sense? It means that you will put the right philosophy (the golden rule) in to practice in complete that you do. You will not step on someone other to climb the corporate ladder; you will not stack bodies in order to reach the CEO position that you desire. You will treat people with respect, honesty, and trust. You will behave towards others how you want (and expect) them to behave towards you.    You will be the model of “doing the right thing” in your office, even if it isn’t rewarding or understood. Chances are precise good that if you’re the only one doing the word-perfect thing, you won’t last where you are, but you will find something better where your integrity is appreciated and applauded.    Character realizes that the most important things in life are not office- or work-based. They are family and a sense of responsibility to that family. Character will not sacrifice your family on the altar of “I’ve got to finish this project,” nor will it tell you children, “Maybe next time, hon,” when asked to play catch.    Your character will shine through as you put your family before your work, as you purposefully schedule time with them (and then keep those appointments you put in your planner), as you “date” your spouse and remember why it is you got united in the first place, and as you set an example that your spouse and children can be proud of.    The most consequential thing to remember as you consider character is that your children will grow up to be just like you. John Maxwell once said, “We teach what we know; we reproduce who we are.” So as a person who is engorged of integrity and character, you will reproduce those same traits in your children as you climb towards success in your life. One smaller part of this vast taxable centred on how people can be persuaded to relax and immediately place their trust in you if you use the language they want to hear; how do you know what they want to hear? It’s simple, they will supply the clue, and as I explicit previously – you just have to listen to them.    The method is simple; there are some people that are audio dominant and will react to what you say to them; there are others that are visually paramount and will respond more to what they see. The decisive point is that you have to get the language word-perfect to get either of these two groups wanting to buy from you. The following examples illustrate how this is done.    Imagine you are working in a store that sells music systems and your first potential customer walks in and says to you, “I would like to look at a CD player please.”  The use of the word ‘look’ suggests that they are visually dominant so your reply must be in the same vein by using ‘sight’ words such as;   “Ok sir/madam, let me ‘show’ you this one.” or “Could you ‘see’ this in your lounge?” or “The finish on this model ‘looks’ great.”   The person may not even switch it on but could still end up buying it because it looks good. Using these types of expressions will create a comfortable feeling in the buyer because they perceive you to be on their wavelength; the probability of them buying from you should increase significantly.    For the audio dominant person, the same technique is practical but this time using ‘sound’ words. This time a person walks in and says, “I would like to listen to a CD player please.”  “Ok sir/madam how does this one ‘sound’ to you?” or “Can you ‘hear’ the difference between this one and the other?”  Again, listen to what they are saying and tailor your conversation to suit.     If you use ‘sight’ words with an audio dominant person, it will create an uncomfortable feeling for them that will possibly result in them leaving the store without a purchase. The same obviously applies to using ‘sound’ words with a visually dominant person; it causes inconsistent feelings because the language doesn’t feel right to them. This takes us back to the earlier point that you are selling a feeling and not an object.    It is worth noting that a vast number of people worldwide regard the use of NLP in business as virtual but equally there are those who are not entirely sure of its effectiveness. I have seen and indeed occasionally old the language technique myself but with only a moderate degree of success. I am predictable there are far superior and experienced NLP practitioners out there who cannot only close a sale at nearly every attempt, but make it look simple at the same time.  Give it a try and see if it works for you. You may not get any results or you could be a roaring success. Looking at the psychology of impotence is a little like taking a trip down the Amazon during the wet season.  It&#039;s a subject fraught with hidden currents, treacherous shallows and wide meanderings.
There is no doubt that Viagra, the little blue pill that revolutionized the treatment of impotence has had a intense effect on men who have erectile dysfunction. So, when this anxiety is coupled with the knowledge there may have been an infrequent episode of impotence in the past, or when erectile dysfunction has been in existence for a period of time, this anxiety is multiplied.  From a strictly physiological viewpoint, anxiety can effectively prevent a man from becoming aroused and getting and maintaining an erection.
And performance anxiety isn&#039;t the single issue men have to contend with.  The highest risk category for the onset of impotence is the so-called &quot;baby-boomers&quot; - men born in the period from 1946 to 1964. Most of these men are in their peak performance years in terms of their job, status, family and financial success.  And all these factors lead to an increase in stress levels and anxiety - one more reason for impotence to occur.
Taking a pill may temporarily overcome the impotence, but relieving the self-doubt and mental stress, which may have been brooding for any number of years, is harder to alleviate.  The ability to regain quality of life by restoring sexual function is viewed by some men as a near miracle and by others with fear and trepidation.
It&#039;s important to honestly assess how you feel now and compare it to how you felt before the impotence treatment began.  Easier said than done, but unless the negative feelings tied to the impotence can be viewed objectively, it&#039;s similar to the stories people who have gained a great deal of weight often say &quot;I feel like a thin person trapped in a fat person&#039;s body&quot;.  For men it&#039;s &quot;I feel like an infertile man trapped in a body that now has full intersexual function.&quot;
The psychology of impotence is about viewing your radical life - with sexual function - as a new beginning, complete with all the radical emotions that may be experienced.  There&#039;s no point in trying to &quot;recapture&quot; your life the way it was antecedent to impotence, regardless of whether that was only months past or many years ago.  Time moves on, and difficult to live out life the way it used to be is a sure-fire bet for failure.
The Psychology of Impotence in a Relationship
Finding an effective treatment to restore erectile function is not a guarantee that you will find an effective treatment for a relationship in need of psychological, physical or emotional repair.  And in most situations it&#039;s not a &quot;cure&quot; for intimacy, romance or monogamy.
The restoration of erectile function can quickly and unexpectedly alter the dynamics of a relationship, particularly when impotence has been a long-term problem. A profound, and often immediate, change in masculine sexual function is no smaller matter, and cannot be dealt with in the time it takes to swallow a less pill.
We live in an age of &quot;quick fixes&quot;, and while it&#039;s true that impotence medications can quickly help overcome physiological problems, it&#039;s the couple who must resolve their relationship issues.  And that takes dedication, effort - and time.

THE MEANING OF SEX IN YOUR RELATIONSHIP
It&#039;s no secret that men and women react differently to sex - before, during and afterwards.
As part of the solid foundation between two people, it can bring intimacy, joy and trust to each partner.  However, as the sole pillar in a faltering relationship, it can be the weak link.  In between these two standards is an entire universe of emotions and experiences that are unique to each couple.
Think about your feelings regarding your relationship:

&lt;li&gt;How happy are you with your partner?
&lt;li&gt;How satisfied are you with your sex life?
&lt;li&gt;How satisfied is your partner with your sex life?
&lt;li&gt;Is your relationship supported on friendship, mutual understanding and trust, family commitments, or sex?
&lt;li&gt;How well do you some communicate your feelings about complete aspects of your relationship? &lt;/ul&gt;
Remember that a mutually rewarding sex life is an intrinsic part of a healthy relationship.  When the physical aspects of your relationship are on track, you create an experience that is greater than the two of you, and cardinal that adds to your general mental and physical contentment.
IDENTIFYING SEXUAL PROBLEMS AND ANXIETIES
Close examination of your sexual partnership with a view to solving any problems that exist is an extremely delicate matter.  Being able to openly and candidly express the things that make you uncomfortable, cause embarrassment,  or deny you pleasure requires a great deal of tact and diplomacy.  Communicating your desires, the things that bring you pleasure and what it takes to bring you sexual fulfillment can be equally embarrassing to express.
Good communication is the key to a happy and healthy sexual relationship.  Being able to speak frankly about what makes you happy and what doesn&#039;t requires courage and empathy - the ability to say how you feel and what you want without upsetting your partner or causing them to go on the defensive.
In many cases, couples who have experienced communication problems often seek the help of a mediator or sex therapist to help them clearly and objectively state their case.  Having a third party present in such situations can help diffuse tension and ease any difficulties partners may have communicating their feelings to all other.
Some of the situations where sexual problems can arise include:

&lt;li&gt;When one partner desires sex more frequently than the other.
&lt;li&gt;When there is dissatisfaction or a lack of pleasure in your sex life.
&lt;li&gt;When one partner feels they give more than they receive.

We&#039;re not all mind readers, so communicating openly and honestly, and defining what satisfies you sexually is the early step.  Listening to your partner in an equally true and open manner is antimonopoly as important. I have read a number of times that the medical profession does not know why a preponderance of heart attacks occur on Monday morning throughout the world. I believe I have found an answer to this riddle.
This Killer Monday Morning Syndrome comes about, I believe, because most people have Saturday and Sunday off from work. Because of this time off from work this gives them more additive time to think about things and therefore add more additive things to their to do list, and presto they wake up Monday morning full of stress and nervousness and don*t realize or know why. In short, the more things they add to their to do list, the more silent stress it puts on their carnal and mental and nervous and emotional systems and bango, this build up of more stress can lead to internal nervousness, anxiety, dire shutdown of intrinsical systems, sicknesses and yes, flat death.
I*ve just explicit the problem, but as we all know, the answer to any problem always lies within the problem, so by analyzing the problem and by perceptive thousands of people, and by observing the reactions to stress within my self, I*ve come up with and invented and copyrighted and patented an antidote, a stress antibiotic, if you will, on how to counteract this incapacitator and killer celebrated as stress buildup.
First, to be a good antidote, it must work fast. Second, it must be easy to administer. Third, it must be painless and quick, sort of like a vaccine.
This very effective and newly unreal and possible ultimate stress buster can be embodied in cardinal word... And the word is...*Unclustering*
Let me explain, When you have too many things &lt;strong&gt;to do&lt;/strong&gt;, on your transcribed or mental to do list, you have formed an ever growing ball of clustered things to do and you have unknowingly overloaded your nervous system and your nervous system will silently try to juggle them all at once and try to get them all in a line to get them all done in an law-abiding fashion. The problem lies in the fact that if you cluster too many chores to do into your nervous system pipeline, your pipeline is not wide enough to allow this now clustered snowball to flow through your nervous system...and zappo your nervous system starts to short circuit and it will continue to fizzle and snap and crackle and pop until one or all of your body*s systems start to collapse and you become ill, or yes, even die.
So, the simple antidote that I have created is that all time you feel nervous or anxious or panicky or stressed, simply &lt;strong&gt;uncluster&lt;/strong&gt; your mental or written to do list.
Do this unclustering by drawing a number of circles on a blank piece of 8 ½ x 11 sheet of paper, then within each cardinal of the circles write in only one of the galore chores that are in your mind.
Be very mindful that these circles DO NOT TOUCH EACH OTHER, because if they do Touch, you will then be clustering your chores and your goal is to uncluster all of the chores in your mind so that each one of them stands alone and will then be powerless to subdue your health and or kill you.
Place a title on the top of this page of paper that reads UNCLUSTER EMOTIONALLY.
So as you are filling in your circles, make sure you think hard and put down every single cardinal of your thoughts that are personal, emotional, business oriented, past, present or future anxieties, or any thoughts that come to your head whatsoever, no matter how small or big you might think they are.
As soon as you know you have put down all single thought in your mind, sometimes this will take much that one page, [my own record is 4 and ½ pages of stress filled circles]... put this page or pages to the side of you...then turn these page[s] UPSIDE behind so you can not see what is on them...then CRUMPLE THESE PAGES UP AND THROW THEM AWAY into the trash can IMMEDIATELY...!
Once you have done this an incredible miraculous effect will occur within you, you will totally lose your nervousness and anxiety and stressed and fidgety feeling. Your systems will instantly become composed and you will have banished your stress totally.
It would be best to take a short break of unhearable time or nap as soon as you crumple up these pages to firmly set this quiet and peaceful feeling you are now feeling.
Then you can go forward with your life and simply do one chore at a time...in a non-stressed manner.
Do this procedure every time you feel stressed, nervous or overloaded. Especially do this every Sunday night or first thing Monday morning to avoid this latent Monday morning health debilitating problems Syndrome.
Note...do this procedure if you feel you have only a few chores on your mind, because as you start doing this your chores and angers and fears and griefs and worries and etc. will start pouring out of you like water pouring dead of a faucet.
The reason this procedure works so well is because each time you do it...you will have transferred all of your gregarious chores and hurts and angers and etc. that were temporary like an ever growing snowball that was rampaging through your ANIMATED nervous system...to an UNCLUSTERED non-snowball that is now weak and is now not abutting to you as a person, but all are now abutting to an INANIMATE white sheet of paper.
The important transference dynamic is that your nervous system has now literally been freed and actually mitigated of doing all of these chores so it now no longer has to juggle complete of these chores to get them done.
In short, by using this &lt;strong&gt;Circles on Paper&lt;/strong&gt; procedure, you have deprogrammed your nervous system so it now does not have to contend with or address these chores and angers and frustrations and etc. and can now bring itself back to normal.
In short, short, ...you simply UNKNOWINGLY kept piling up and clustering this snowball of programmed instructions that simply could not fit into the petty pipeline of your nervous system... so now...you are simply KNOWINGLY, one chore at a time deprogramming yourself of this snowball cluster of instructions and attractive them out and away from your internal animate nervous system by placing them into nonconscious circles on a page of inanimate paper...and presto...you have instantly taken yourself out of the harms way of mega unhealthful stress. You are going to be amazed how this method really, really works like gangbusters every time.
Then please...be my guest and use this simple stress busting method from now on... And ...Live healthy, live long, live well and most of all...live happy.

The flowers blossom, our spirits lift. This is a extraordinary time to make a new start, to de-clutter your life, to get back to the simple pleasures.    1. Go outside and enjoy the beauty of spring. Not while you are in a rush to get your tasks done- just for the pleasure of looking at the shapes and colors, or smelling the freshness of new grass or the ocean. No agenda, not with your mind racing along filling up your to-do list. The point of this task is to empty your mind of everything but the present. Just trust that all the important things on your to-do list will still be there when you are finished, single you will have more energy and be more creative in the execution of that list.    2. Call an old friend that you have been meaning to catch up with. Schedule it into you day planner if you have to, but do it! Allow yourself lots of time so you can really get caught up.    3. Go through your closets and throw out anything that you haven’t worn in the past year (unless you really love it- then only throw it out if it has been two years). Buy yourself a piece of clothing in a bright new color.     4. Do one thing that you have been meaning to do but haven’t gotten around to yet- go to the art gallery, see a play or go to the opera. Choose a Saturday this month and plan this- invite your favourite person to join you.    5. Learn something new- take a class, read a book, try a new sport or craft. Learning new things keeps us youthful and colourful and makes us more interesting- and interested.    6. Do something positive for your community- sign up for a charitable run (as a volunteer or participant), help with a community clean-up, attend a fund-raiser. Find a way to get involved and give back.    7. Refresh (or create) your fitness &amp;amp; diet plan. Can you do more exercise outdoors now that winter is ending? Can you eat more fresh fruit and vegetables? Do you want to join a running club or yoga class? Are you really drinking enough water?    8. Update your look- a new hairstyle, different hair color, fresh lipstick or nail polish shade? Change things up a little- it will help you see yourself and the world from a slightly contrasting perspective, and you never know what ideas and opportunities await you.    9. Meet new people. Join a book club, get out and network, throw a dinner party and ask your friends to invite friends that you have never met before. Developing and nurturing a strong social network helps manage stress and increases levels of happiness and well-being.     10. Review your goals for the year and TAKE ACTION NOW on the one that matters to you most. Get a coach, make a plan, enlist the help of friends and family, and just get it done. Once you start awheel forward, it will be easier than you think and you will wonder why you didn’t start sooner!    Choose at least 3 of these suggestions and make a commitment to take action on them now. After you have decided what you are going to do, plan and schedule when you are going to do it, and make predictable that you let at least one other person in on your plan- someone who has permission to give you a little nudge if you get off track.
