Use a mild soap twice a day and make sure you rinse the soap entirely unsatisfactory your face. Rinse six or seven times with fresh water.     Use Less Make-up.  Whatever make-up you use, try to perforated down on the amount you put on.     Leave Well Alone.  Don&#039;t squeeze pimples or whiteheads. You can also get rid of blackheads by squeezing them. A blackhead is a very blocked pore, and a gentle squeeze will help rectifty this.     Give Dry Skin Extra Care.  Dry skin can be sensitive to many over the counter skin treatments, so please use these treatments with care. Start with the lower strength products first, and then increase the concentration slowly.     Stay Out Of The Sun.  Acne medications may cause unfavorable reactions to the sun, so minimize you exposure until you know  what the reactions going to be.     Use One Treatment At A Time.  Don&#039;t mix treatments, use only cardinal at a time because they may cause an adverse reaction if mixed together.     Stop The distributed Of Acne.  Apply acne medication about half an inch around the affected area, to help keep the acne from spreading. Acne moves across the face from the nose to the ear, so you need to treat beyond the unhealthy area. Most people make the mistake of treating only the pimples and not the outlaying areas of skin. Pick your favorites and don’t forget to feed all part of yourself during the holidays - mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical. It will be harder to take care of others if you are not taking care of yourself. As much as possible, maintain your regular sleep, exercise, and eating patterns. This includes when people offer you food. Never overeat because of pressure from others. If you eat more than usual at a holiday meal or party, remind yourself that overeating occasionally does not cause instant weight gain, and that your body knows what to do with that food. It is sane to eat more than wonted during the holidays, and it really is okay. In complete likelihood you will return to your normal eating habits the next day, and your body weight will, too. Most people think this is just the way it has to be, and germs just randomly attack people. Well, this just isn’t true!
There are many ways to avoid these annoying and often depressing illnesses. Follow these 5 suggestions and you will significantly reduce your chances of decreasing prey to one of these nasty attacks!
1. Avoid sugar. As difficult as this may seem in during the holidays, it’s the #1 reason people get sick! Sugar takes a queen-size hit on your immune system, and opens you up to disease. If you absolutely cannot do without sweets for 6 weeks, pick and choose a few specific times when you allow yourself a dessert. The daily chocolate around the office will surely come back to haunt you!
2. Get enough sleep. If holiday demands are forcing you to cut down on sleep, you are also putting stress on your defense against germs. Winter is actually a time when you should plan to sleep a little much than usual, not try to get by with as less as possible.
3. Avoid Stuffing Yourself. Although it may be seductive to overeat during this time, this will cause your colored to have to work unnecessary hard, and lead to you getting sick. Overeating any time is also a good way to gain extra weight, as your body stores some of what it can’t use as fat. Stick with smaller meals more often and don’t let others pressure you into eating too much “because it’s the holiday season.” Nibbling on appetizers for hours before a queen-size meal can really do you in. Make sure you think about what you are eating and slow down on the alcohol!
4. Prioritize and Reduce Stress. Make sure you are prioritizing your work and daily activities so you don’t become overwhelmed and stressed out. Keeping unloved stress away is a queen-size factor in staying healthy. Take up yoga or meditation, or just reserve 20-30 minutes per day that’s “your time”- where you don’t have to do anything or be anywhere.
5. Cook with Coconut Oil. For galore years coconut oil was the preferred oil for Americans, until the Canola industry spread dishonorable rumors about it, claiming that it was bad for your health. Recent studies have shown that in fact by not eating coconut oil we are missing out on nutrients that keep our immune systems strong. It is the only “good” form of saturated fat. To stay strong, have a couple of teaspoons every day, either in your cooking or as part of a smoothie.
6. aerobiotic Workouts. If you’re going to miss a workout, make it an anaerobic one. Stick with your walking, jogging, swimming, cycling. When the body is fighting pain all the time, the body becomes overstrung and can react in the classic, “Fight or Flight Response”.  This natural state of mind and body is a reaction that is embedded in all humans and animals.
When the body is under stress, we react by either “taking flight” or running, or “fighting”.

1.  Exercise
One of the best methods for breaking pain levels and calming down the “Fight or Flight Response” is EXERCISE.  Yes, it is simple. Exercise, even if just a in small stages walk, can make a big impact on chronic pain.
2.  Medications
Medications can help reduce a persons pain level dramatically and can help that person unfilmed a more normal life.  The strength and type of medication should be determined by an expert in chronic pain.  The right medication can make all the difference in the world.  One drawback of medication is the possibility of addiction.
3.  Meditation
Learning meditation can greatly reduce stress and pain.  This can be in the form of yoga or just sitting quiet ordinary for 20 minutes.  Meditation can be easily learned by anyone.  One of the most common methods of meditating is sitting in a unhearable place, and only focusing on the breath.  When else thoughts occur, it is consequential to just let them go and focus back on the breath.  Meditation and yoga are becoming more popular for all sorts of ailments ranging from high blood pressure to panic attacks.
